Multiple DUI/DWI Defense

If you are convicted of more than one DUI offense in 10 years, we will help you fight the severe penalties:

  • Second DUI offense: You may face anywhere from 5 days to 3 years in jail and fines from $2,100 to $6,500.
  • Third DUI offense: You may face anywhere from 60 days to 5 years in jail, and fines from $3,800 to $10,000.
  • Fourth or subsequent DUI offense: You may face anywhere from 1 to 7 years in prison.

We will carefully investigate the circumstances surrounding your arrest, including the arresting officer's account and any sobriety tests administered. We also carefully examine your criminal record to ensure that you have been properly charged. Contact us to discuss your DUI charges today.

Felony DUI/DWI

If you caused a serious or fatal accident, you will more than likely be charged with felony drunk driving. These charges are prosecuted very aggressively and, if convicted, you face up to 25 years in prison. Even though you did not intend someone's injury or death, the prosecution will show you no mercy. If you are accused of a felony DUI/DWI, hire an attorney whose courtroom style is equally aggressive and who will fight to protect your rights and your future.

Please note, the Department of Motor Vehicles is required to revoke your driver's license for five years in the wake of felony DUI/DWI charges. We understand what this can do to your family, your freedom and your job. If possible, we will petition the DMV for limited driving privileges or a reduced suspension period.
